- Remove all furniture, wall decorations, appliances, and any other objects from floor prior to our arrival. Be sure closets are empty or that there is nothing 3 feet above the ground.
- Secure any window coverings that hang to less than three feet above floor so they are at least three feet above the floor.
- Please keep your pets in a contained area away from the area being worked on so they don’t interfere with the sanding and finishing process. We are not responsible for your pets running off because of open doors, etc.
